HISTORY:

S R Electrical Private Limited (which previous namely S. R. Electrical) is in the field of manufacture of Transmission Line Hardware and Accessories since 1984 and started manufacturing with 11 kV Insulator Pin. During the last Fifteen years, our firm developed Compression type Fittings, Steel forged components Aluminium Castings, Steel and Aluminium fabricated components etc. and started manufacturing Complete Strings. These Fifteen years also we developed of preformed products for distribution lines with entire satisfaction. Since then our firm have been supplied complete strings and accessories to various State Electricity boards directly or by others and supplied all types of components to the main supplier/ exporters as per their specification and drawings.

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES:

The manufacturing of Transmission Line Hardware and Accessories need the following operations/facilities:

      i)  Steel Forging

      ii)  Aluminium Die Casting

     iii)  Steel Fabrication

      iv)  Helical Forming

       v)  C I Casting

      vi)  Neoprene Moulding

      vii)  Aluminium Fabrication

     viii)  Hot Dip Galvanising

      ix)  Bolts,

       x)  Nuts and Security Clips etc

All the above facilities are individual specialized Industries in themselves. It is, therefore, not practicable for hardware manufacturers to organize all the above facilities under one roof and as a result none of the manufacturers in the world has all the facilities under one roof. It is a normal practice to keep some of the facilities within own works and organise the others from dependable Sub-Vendor/Ancillaries.

S R Electrical Private Limited has established following of the above facilities inside its’ own works.

      i) Aluminium Die Casting

      ii) Steel Fabrication

      iii) Aluminium Fabrication

      iv) Hot Dip Galvanising

      v) Steel Forging (Hand Forging only) etc.

The rest of the operations/facilities have been organized with ancillaries/Sub-Vendors. These sub-vendors are given the design and specifications of the job and the products on receipt from sub-vendor are checked/tested thoroughly.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & TESTING:

S R Electrical Private Limited Quality Control follows the following steps for checking/testing of all items to conform customer’s requirements:

      i) Inspection of Raw Material

      ii) In-process Inspection

      iii) Final Inspection

      iv) Routine Tests (wherever required)

      v) Type Tests (wherever required)

This work is under direct control of company’s Quality Control department.

C) Distance of works premises from main road and its approachability.	The distance from the main road is around twenty feet and moreover its open space of twenty feet from main road.
D) Copy of registered Land Registration certificate from the competent authority of the government indicating name (S) and quantities of  the item (S) to be produced. copy of the approved blue print of the plant layout of the factory showing its permanently constructed boundary distinctly and clearly separating it form others, with reference to its name board, entrance exit gate (S), other dimensioned details and important surrounding like other factories with names buildings, road drains etc.	The factory made in our own land.We are registered with small scale industries moreover the trade license issued by the Begri Gram Pancayet, at Howrah to manufacture Hardware fittings, Aluminium casting and others.
E) Position - of Power/Water/Telephone/Internet connections at the works/  Standby power generation source, if Any, (attach copies).	We have 50 horse power sanctioned by the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. The Xerox copy of Electric bills are enclosed.Water source is available in our factory 1200 feet Boring Electrical tubule. Herewith we have two telephone in our office with fax along, two telephone in our factory with many Mobile phone.Also be available a internet with us.Power Generator is installed as we do Not face any power problems.
F) Plant and Machinery installed.	As per list enclosed herewith.
G) Equipment and testing facilitiescalibration certificate about all the meters/instruments/ equipments from the manu-facturers (or its authorized test house) or govt. Testing laboratories recognized for the purpose. (attach coppices of test certificate).	We have all the equipments like Verniers calipers,Micrometers, Scales and Go with Not-go Gauges for the dimensional checkup and  mechanical load test. tests are carried out at any ISI Govt. Approved laboratory situated Just nearby to our works. Xerox copy of test certificate is enclosed herewith and INSURVEY, KOLKATA approved by CLW.
H) Standards followed in production of the items.	All relevant ISS followed for during Production.
I) Particulars of raw materials/ components Used.	Mild steel flats, rounds Aluminium etc are used as raw materials available from local suppliers and forged steel items are procured from reputed Ludhiana manufacturers.
J) Man power and human resources, engineers and other technical supervisory staff employed in production, other staff  on permanently/temporary basis.	The directors Rabin Kumar Roy and Abhijit Ray have got vast experience in the transmission line hardware as be is in this field for last 35 and 12years. There are thirty seven persons employed in production and Four for supervisory staff. All are payment basis.
K) Marketing of the product (S) transportation arrangement.	All kind of transport facilities are available for marketing products as Kolkata a metro city is just fifteen kilometers away.
